Tropicana Lanta Resort Krabi, Krabi

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had good AC, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of cold and hot food. However, it lacked certain facilities like no tea/coffee making in the room, and having the bathroom outside gave it a holiday ambiance.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, situated just up the shady path from the pool. The rooms were large, clean, modern, with AC, and had large windows on two sides, providing a perfect ambiance. The open ceiling bathroom was a unique and delightful feature. The service was exceptional, with super nice and helpful staff accommodating every request promptly. The location, nestled in a quiet and lovely garden, offered a very good quality of accommodation despite being a 3-star hotel. The dining experience, though could be more exciting, was excellent overall with lots of choices at reasonable prices. The facilities were in good shape, especially the atmosphere in the lovely gardens exuded a relaxing vibe.

The hotel is located right on the main road, offering large and clean rooms with AC. The doors being semi-detached caused some noise impact. The service was a mix of grumpy and friendly staff. The location is beautiful with some areas needing maintenance, yet it provides a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The dining options are good, particularly the healthy choices, although some improvements can be made to food preparation. Overall, a place with great potential but with some areas that need attention.
